"Fit isn’t like it used to be"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was really tight and just kind of awkward. I feel like these used to run more true to size, so this was disappointing

"I don’t know why the coupon code didn’t work"
I tried placing an order on Potpourri Group because I had a discount code that looked like it should work, but for some reason it kept saying it wasn’t valid at checkout. I don’t know why it showed as usable if it wasn’t going to apply. Then the shipping cost jumped up too, so the “deal” basically disappeared. I reached out to customer service, but they weren’t much help. It was just frustrating overall, and I probably won’t bother ordering again...

"Shipping took longer than expected"
I'm still waiting for my order to arrive, the shipping time has been frustrating. If it had been something I didn’t need soon, I probably wouldn’t mind as much, but in this case it’s taken way too long. I don’t think I’d order again unless delivery times were more reliable.

"Charged a Different Amount"
The total on my order showed one amount, but when I checked my card statement later, I saw I was charged something else. Like, how does that even happen??

I reached out to try and get it sorted, but it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I just wanted a simple fix, not a whole back-and-forth.

Billing should be accurate from the start, especially when someone is trusting you with their card info. After this, I’m not really comfortable placing another order??

"Delivery was a total mess"
I’m still waiting for my order, there hasn’t been any clear update, so I have no idea what’s going on.

"My order showed up in rough shape..."
My order showed up in rough shape, with the box all crushed and the tape barely hanging on. A couple of the items were just rattling around inside because there was hardly any packing to protect them. once they had my payment, it felt like nobody really cared how the order got to me. Frustrating to open a delivery and see it handled like that.

"Fell apart way too fast"
I bought this sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, and it was disappointing. After only two uses it basically started falling apart. The fabric also felt really thin and kind of scratchy, not comfortable at all. It just felt cheaply made overall.

"Some good stuff, but availability is spotty"
I’ve found a few things on Potpourri that I actually really like. Cute items, decent browsing, all that. But then a couple things I wanted were out of stock. Kind of frustrating. The site itself is fine, nothing too complicated. I just wish the stock info felt a little more current. Overall... okay experience. Not bad, just not amazing either.

"Order was pretty much right"
I ordered from Potpourri Group and, as far as I can tell, most of it came the way it was supposed to. One item was the wrong color, though, which was kind of annoying even if it wasn’t a huge problem. Shipping seemed fine and everything else looked okay. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely check the box closely when it arrives...

I reached out to potpourrigroup.com twice about my order and never got an actual answer. I just kept waiting with no update. I also tried calling, sat on hold for what felt like forever, and then the call just disconnected, that part was weird. It really shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple question answered. Super frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried to check out, but the payment page froze on me twice, so I eventually just gave up. Weirdly, I remember the little loading spinner kept stopping at the exact same spot, which made it even more frustrating.

"Refund took forever"
I’ve been waiting on my refund for way longer than I expected and it’s been annoying because I reached out to customer service thinking they’d at least give me a real update but I still didn’t get a clear answer on when the money would actually show up, so now I’m just stuck checking over and over and feeling frustrated. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the refund process a lot smoother.

"Return process was more hassle than expected"
I ordered a couple of items from Potpourri Group, and one of them just didn’t fit right. I figured returning it would be straightforward... but it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected.
I had to pay for return shipping, and then it took quite a while before I heard anything back. I did finally get my refund, so that part worked out... but the whole process felt slow, confusing, and a bit frustrating.

"In the end, I wouldn’t buy it again..."
In the end, I wouldn’t buy it again. It looked a lot nicer online than it did in person, and once I had it, the quality just felt cheap for the price. I kept thinking I probably could’ve found something better for less somewhere else.
